Patient Securing Strap w/ Heavy Duty Metal Spring-Action Locking Buckle. Used for litters, stretchers, gurneys, etc. We acquired these from the U.S. Military. Some are in their original packaging and some are not but all are new. They were manufactured by the NYCIB (New York City Industries for the Blind).
