The coat made of Heavyweight 8.3 oz/square yard 50/50 nylon/cotton (NyCo) twist fabric. The Coat is also called Heavyweight Combat Jacket. Heavy duty large YKK brass zipper. The breast pockets and side pockets are designed to carry rifle magazines. The nylon pockets in the side pockets keep the mags secure and prevent rattling. Use them! You can use the breast pockets and the nylon pockets inside the side pockets for personal items such as cell phone, keys or wallet, etc. The draw cord at the waist and bottom hem can be tightened to keep out cold, wind, hold the coat close to body when pockets are heavily loaded and to prevent billowing. Collar can be worn up or folded down.
